His most notable plays are “Ella Eza,” “Yawmiyyat Masrahji”. He also wrote and starred in the Academy Award nominated film Ghadi (2013) and co-wrote the screenplay of Capernaum (2018).

Nabil Ismail is a photojournalist who’s career spans from the beginning of the civil War in 1975 to this day: 46 years.
He was the former Head of the Syndicate of Photojournalists, and current Director of the Photography Department at An-Nahar Newspaper.
